Documentary evidence of relevant qualifications (photocopies of certificates issued by appropriate authority) should accompany the application in support of those qualifications claimed. | | 3 | Positions held and experience
Brief details of positions held and the periods of these positions including projects undertaken and your contribution to them. | | 4 | Contact details of at least two referees (currently Members of CSSL) who can verify the positions held and the experience claimed in this application. If the declaration of employer/sponsor in the next section is signed by a member of the CSSL, then one referee would be sufficient in this section.

Graduate in a field other than Computer Science and 5 years experience; Or
Non-graduate who has undergone adequate training in computing and 9 years experience;
AND that at the time of membership application he/she is actively engaged in a professional capacity in the use and application of information technology and the techniques related thereto.
The applicant should satisfy the Council that the experience referred to above is at a professional level. The period of experience should normally be post qualification. | | | | Associate | Graduate in Computer Science, or and higher degree holder in Computer Science or Graduate in a field other than Computer Science and 1 year experience;

The period of experience should normally be post qualification. | | | | Student | General Certificate of Education Advanced Level Examination conducted by the Government of Sri Lanka with pass in one subject; Or
General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level Examination conducted by the Government of Sri Lanka with passes in six subjects where one of the subject should be either Arithmetic or Mathematics and three of the passes should be credit passes. | | | | Affiliate | | This grade is for applicants who have an interest in computing, and are not yet eligible or do not wish to become professional members. | | | | Corporate | This grade is for Corporations and firms whose primary object is connected with Information Technology.
Membership Fees: - The Application processing fee is Rs. 150.00
- Initial fee is Rs. 1150.00
- Annual Subscription fee -20009/2010 is Rs 1150.00
